Words and Acronyms Explained

I get asks now and then from people not so hip and in with the lingo I and others use. As to avoid repeating myself, I decided to make this guide for you!TERF
this is an acronym that stands for trans exclusionary radical feminist. A radical feminist, also known as radfem, is a sect of feminism dedicated to "females". This means TERFs specifically exclude trans women, hence the name.Tucute
anyone who believes you don't need gender dysphoria to be trans.Transmed
someone who believes you need some level of dysphoria to be trans, and that being transgender should be recognized as a medical condition and treated with the seriousness of one.Truscum
a person who believes you need dysphoria to be trans. This term is generally considered exclusive to trans people.Trumed
a mishmash of truscum and transmed, used mostly by tucutes to denote people who disagree with them.MOGAI
an acronym that means marginalized orientations, genders, and intersex. This term encompasses identities like stargender, sappiosexual, and other ridiculous micro labels.Enby
colloquial term for non binary (nb)HSTS
this acronym stands for homosexual transsexual, used mostly by radfem-allied trans people to mean that they're real trans because they're attracted to the same sex, as in: trans woman attracted to men, trans man attracted to women (aka straight).AGP
the shorthand form of the term autogynephile, coined by quack researcher Blanchard, to mean someone with a fetish for possessing female reproductive parts (namely, vagina and/or womb). This gets used against trans women, most often by TERFs.TIM/TIF
terf-made acronyms meaning trans identified male and female, respectively. Used in place of trans women and trans men so they can slip in their birth sex and belittle their identities as much as possible.TEHM
the male equivalent of TERF, more or less. It's an acronym that stands for trans exclusionary homosexual male, which applies to any gay guy who doesn't consider trans men to be real men. (I personally don't use this word)

- I am bisexual, yes, and I have known it since I was roughly 10 years old.

- I am involved in ultrasound instruction and education as a medical model.
- I write. A lot. And I don't mean fanfiction. I have 2 finished original manuscripts.
